I have been jonsin’ for this watch for quite some time. Unfortunately it’s pure style, and as far as showering goes… it’ll be less functional after getting wet than joan rivers on roofies. Beauty watch though.

Don’t get me wrong, they might rate this watch as ‘pure style’ but I have the newton and another ‘pure style’ Nixon watch and they are waterproof. Even though I’ve only gotten the newton wet from being in the shower, I’ve worn the other watch for weeks at a time last summer in and out of the ocean surfing and swimming. They both have the ‘30m’ waterproof rating on the back of the watch. Nixon makes quality shit, plain and simple.
